Any suggestion on a cheap motherboard, with processer and built in graphics and audio to build a digital jukebox ? Not bothered about speed etc just something cheap and new ? Is there anywhere that does everything ?Do not need case, keyboard etc just the basics to put in a new case ?

I would recommend a mini case (http://www.ewiz.com/detail.php?p=CA-MI-100&c=fr&pid=335a741dc9943b86bb97b4340b08f60f4f6a4e4aa9db7a 9c4c9654eab5164a61) and a mini board (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813500010&nm_mc=OTC-Froogle&cm_mmc=OTC-Froogle-_-Motherboards+-+Intel-_-ZOTAC-_-13500010).

So wait, what you want is just a digital jukebox? Why not just get a MP3 player and some speakers?

If cost is your only objective, you can get something old and tired cheaply and used.

If "small" is an added benefit, this (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813153052) is a deal. So's Ec's Zotac (if I had the money and the need, I'd definitely get one).

You can go a bit cheaper, but to do so without losing value you have to go through eBay or Craigslist or some such.

My file server runs off a $40 foxconn AM2+ board, $52 AMD athlong 64 x2 5200+(2.7ghz) and the board has 7.1 HD surround, Onboard Gforce 7300, and both VGA and HDMI video ports. I bought them from Newegg back in January so they may still have the mobo.

That didn't really get any good results, and I'm sure that misspelling processor didn't help. I think a board with an Intel Atom CPU would be great for this.

Great idea nevermind1534!

In either your choice of single core or dual core versions.

Thats a good question, actually. I'm not really sure. It looks like it only has a 4 pin connector.

Anyone know if it needs a special power supply or if a standard one will work?

Standard power supply will definitely work. I used one of these Intel mini-itx boards to get someone back to computing. The single core one with a memory stick only set us back $90.

These guys (http://www.logicsupply.com/) Have a lot of good stuff.

they have a lot of cool Power Supply Options (http://www.logicsupply.com/categories/power_supplies) too, check out the pico PSU stuff. would be perfect for a sff computer/jukebox situation.
