Hi guys, been a while since I last did any PC modding. It's all been house and garden modding recently, as I have just moved house.

Now that I actually have space in the garage, I can get some work done.

First off, I threw together some ideas in Sketchup. I have some more ideas I need to add to that model, but that can wait till tomorrow. Here's a quick show of my efforts for the last hour.

I saw that thread on making a wireless powerswitch, which got me thinking. What if I made one that had two buttons. One for the PC power, and the other for ejecting the CD drive. I also had the idea of building in both the buttons into my mouse, with a switch to stop accidental triggering. If I did build them into the mouse, I wouldent have to go wireless. I could have a seperate cable that uses some form of different connector, and wire it up that way.

Oh the ideas I have for this project. The hardware I want/partly have is in my sig, #3. So far I have the motherboard :)

I just have to alter my designs a bit to incorporate the new features I have planned, get some measurements, then it's shopping time ;)

Anyone got any ideas what I should call this project?

OK, is it just my thread that everyone posts completely offtopic and generally spam comment?

Is this going to be a scratch build? The reason I ask is that I just built myself (well a few months ago) a new main rig, in an Antec 900 case, and if you're looking for a case to mod into that sketchup design, I think it'd make a good candidate, size and shape-wise...
