Doesn't appear to be a refurb either. 3yr Part and Labor Warranty.

Thought it was pretty cheap for non-refurb

Must be something with the "Green" Drive I looked it up on Newegg and they have it for 89.99 Free Shipping.

The Green Edition drives park the heads quite often and spin the disk down to conserve power. They're good for bulk file storage, but terrible for raid arrays. The Raid Edition drives have an "optimized" firmware that makes them more apt for raid arrays (and they don't spin down very often, if at all until powered down).
