I have heard very mixed reviews on the OCZ NIA. Some people can get it to work and others simply cant. Some people raise their eye brows and blow themselves to bits in UT lol. Bit-Tech did a review on it when it came out.

Seems like an interesting concept, but not something that's advanced far enough for it to work well enough. Seems like more of just a gimmick right now. Well, aside from that it can be used for other applications, such as helping paralized people use a computer.
