Thermaltake Armor Modding

I am wanting to have a picture etched into a window on my case, but of course the way it is made stops any progress on that idea. What can I use to cut through the steel and where can I find an acrylic sheet to replace the one on the case so that the window can support an etching?

If this isn't possible, do me a favor and take a look a the below linked picture and see if you can help me find a case that would look good with it.

I apologize about that, about 3 hours after I posted it our server died and we are waiting for it to get fixed, I am about to head out to school so I will try and fix it when I get back.
