Can you buy laptop motherboards ?

Hi
Looking to buy the thinest pc that you can buy, to make a hang on the wall touch screen jukebox.
Have used a Dell small form factor pc and was looking for something with less height? I have seen the Intel atom motherboards but not sure the actual height of them, then i thought why not use a laptop motherboard and HD and just not use the keyboard and screen (its going to be touchscreen)....can you buy a ultra thin motherboard etc ?
