Aluminum xbox storage case mod

I'm planning on modding a case similar to this one:

I want to make a stylish portable desktop case that i can easily carry around. I know its been done before but i think it will be a fun project. This will be my first real mod as well.

That case is extremely bulky. Maybe go for slimmer case?

You could still use it to carry controllers, games, extra batteries and of course the cables though. It does look like a pretty big case though.
