Okay, so first of all their support page isn't helpful and second of all I cannot get help verifying my account without verifying my account.
So I went in to do the account verification through iTunes, it sent the email, and I clicked the link... which redirected me to the download page. I've tried this about ten times now with absolutely no luck. I'm using Firefox as my browser. Any ideas what I can do?
Actually I just thought of downloading and trying Safari to see if this'll work with that.
