You'd only have +5 volt though and one ground. the other two are traffic if i remember right Tx and Rx.

if i remember right.... 5v is red Gnd is black green is Tx and blue(or yellow) is rx.

So you want a USB male to molex female right?

if you left the other two pins on the molex, yellow and it's paired black as blanks then you can just solder the red and it's paired black to the molex's red and paired ground. you just wouldn't have your twelve volt line.
