stupid question about worklogs

Sorry for the stupid question but here goes... I noticed my worklog had been moved to the "Featured:" section and I was wondering what exactly does that mean? Is it just a new worklog? Does an admin like it? What? I'm not trying to get praise for my work or anything but I was just currious. Thanks.

I think it means an admin likes it or something.
