I've never actually put videos on my Touch before, mainly because I would have to convert every single thing I have. Whats the best converter out there that supports the most video formats to convert to iPod Video? I think its H.264 thats supported on the Touch?'

Thanks in advance!

Apple says this on supported video for the touch.
H.264 video, up to 1.5 Mbps, 640 by 480 pixels, 30 frames per second, Low-Complexity version of the H.264 Baseline Profile with AAC-LC audio up to 160 Kbps, 48kHz, stereo audio in .m4v, .mp4, and .mov file formats; H.264 video, up to 2.5 Mbps, 640 by 480 pixels, 30 frames per second, Baseline Profile up to Level 3.0 with AAC-LC audio up to 160 Kbps, 48kHz, stereo audio in .m4v, .mp4, and .mov file formats; MPEG-4 video, up to 2.5 Mbps, 640 by 480 pixels, 30 frames per second, Simple Profile with AAC-LC audio up to 160 Kbps, 48kHz, stereo audio in .m4v, .mp4, and .mov file formats.

MPEG is probably going to be the easiest to find a converter for.
I don't convert videos so I can't tell you whats best.

My friends use handbrake video converter, they think it works pretty well. I use super video converter as an all purpose converter. You can change everything, from file type to bit rate and resolution.
