Anyone Had A Profile Background Deleted On Youtube?

I just noticed my background on Youtube was gone. I've been fiddling with my profile, so I'm trying to figure out if I did something, or if it was reported. I was playing with the account type (Turned it to Director, then back to Youtuber). Could that cause it? Under Channel Design it shows a tab to Delete my none existing profile background.

No big deal, the reason I noticed was because I was thinking about updating it. Just wondering! :)

Could be that someone reported it. The only way to find out would be to submit to whatever ticketing system youtube has in place.
