software to rip webpages?

I using an ebook for my online course and it's in an irritating format. It's very thin and I constantly have to look at the table of contents right next to it...

It'd be amazing if I could rip it and turn it into a normal ebook to read with microsoft reader or something.

Might take a bit of work, but you could always highlight the text and copy it over into word or openoffice or whathaveyou.
