Was skimming over my mountain of magazines, and found:
"The Liquid-Cooled QuadCore Desk" in this months issue of Pop Mechanics.

I have seen allot of different desk projects, and hundreds of concept desk pc designs,
but I thought this one was really cool because it is the only water cooled one I have seen.

I remember looking at this somewhere not too long ago and thinking that it wasn't very impressive, and wondering why some people who don't really do anything all that great get big press attention but some of our crazy skilled modders get overlooked.

The coolest thing in it was the touchpad, and even then Synaptic just made it for them to use.

The wire management is horrible and it looks like they just bought the parts and tossed them in. The desk is nice, and an interesting design, but anything related to modding and computers just seems haphazard to me. Like they just bought the parts, tossed them in, and went "yay". They had to pick specific parts first, but that was only so they would bolt down correctly to what they had sent dangerden.

I don't know. The desk looks nice but everything inside looks amateurish. Don't mean it in a harsh way if they are a member here, just the way I see the project, and am puzzled how its gotten so much attention while being so basic and seemingly tossed together.

Somebody here linked to it not too long ago. A lot of people didn't like the cable management. There were a lot of comments about that on the page.
