I feel you pain...sorta. I dropped a car hood on my right arm two days ago, one helluva bruise.

And I just got back from some trap shooting, and didn't have my shooting shirt with me (mainly because I don't own one!). My whole right arm looks like hamburger around the bicep area at the moment.
