The scoop:
There's a large command list that you can study on an update screen. Unfortunately, it wont let you ctrl+C it so if you have the patience, you get to take multiple screen shots and put it all together. (http://img193.imageshack.us/img193/8026/commandsjpeg.jpg)
There are a few customizable features although the quality isn't the greatest.

This is how I felt when it allowed me to create a character then after told me the character name was in use and wouldn't let me use him.

After I've been logged out for a half hour... I guess I was still logged in?

After 5 minutes of initiating session, I felt the same way... (FYI, the scope is just for looks.)

Even though the first one initiated the shooting and I began mowing them down... until fired upon, the group couldn't be bothered... in fact, it seems like the time is much more important to one.

The game teased me with a ton of different weapons but I could only grab the rocket launcher. Nothing new, but it may be a clue to other weapons to look forward to in the game.
