Hardly a beast. More like a the beast's son. 1gb of ram wont mix with 512mb well. You have been warned. Talk to me when you need the new GFX.

its not that 512 wont work with 1gb, infact it would work great. the problem is, is that he is mixing speed and probably cas. speeds which is a no no.

thats nice. I work on the tech team at my school (basically do heavy lifting and moving of old computer parts).

BUT we got about $1800 to spend on a new computer for our selves, can't remember the exact specs but I do know we got an AMD 4400+..oh wait dual core too :D. A shame it only has a 128 mb GPU.
