I just got in from photographing the first day of a little league baseball tournament. At the peek it was 99f with a heat index of 104f. People were misting themselves with spray bottles they were even stopping the games so the kids could take a water break. They had a misting station set up in the parking lot which I took advantage of several times. I must have drank 25 bottles of water and eaten 5 snow cones. I took about 1500 photos split between 4 games and soaked a polo with sweat and used a tube of sun screen. 1 more day to go...

It is about 8:00 here in Texas and it is still 100 degrees Fahrenheit out there. I mowed my grass this morning when it was only 85 degrees.

Its about 75°F here in Northern Idaho at 6pm on the dot, usually around 80°-90° during the hottest parts of the day. Here I thought it was hot! lol

Oh, so that's where all the heat went. Hasn't been over the mid-70s all summer here in New Hampshire, and until yesterday we had a bit over a week of almost nonstop rain.

Non-stop rain sounds lovely. It rains for about 5 minutes here, then its gone for a couple hours, then another 5 minutes, then a couple weeks or months, then another 5 minutes. So annoying. I love the rain.

It's been in the 100's here.... Glad I work at night. It drops into the 80's.

It's nearly midnight as I post this in Las Vegas. It's still 92 degrees. Highs in the 100s all week this week. Lows in the mid 80s. 108 for a few days in a row. It typically gets up to 115 by mid July. I work construction and have to wear pants in a non-AC building.

It is often hotter in my apartment than it is outside. I would open a window, but people get murdered on my street (cheap rent though). With the AC on my apartment is a sauna. Without AC it's an oven.

Back at the ball park today. 1 game down 3 more to go. Its not that bad right now but we are expecting a high of 98 today. Parks and Recreation has already came out and set up the misting station. I lucked out and claimed a spot in the media both where they call the game from. I get to come up here between games and cool off.

I live in Phoenix. It's actually not as hot this year thus far, but we'll see. I like the heat. Plus here, typically there is no humidity.

1 game left. I have 20 min left to cool off.

100+ with heat index, 100% humidity ATM, and I have to walk to work. Joy.
