I found papers for the purchase of 160 acres and a patent document signed by Woodrow Wilson.

The land was purchased in "The year of our Lord, one thousand nine hundred EIGHTEEN"

The patent was from 1899 and shows capital of $100,000. O.o

"Interstate Colonization Company, Inc."

I'm not sure what to make of it. Could it be worth anything?

It's a "land patent." whatever that is.

This is a picture I found on google.

I looked up the patent numbers before hand and found that it was from 1899... I take it land patents are different from a product patent.
