I don't know about that what about Operation Flaspoint or ARMA Armed Assault?

Was going to reinstall Steam early (2am) this morning but the installers kept running into problems. Go it re-downloaded and installed. Downloading AA3 right now. I liked the first one and didn't even know they were on 3. Its Bopher on there too.

I was a HUGE AAO fan when it came out. I played for quite a while, but lost interest in it when the training lectures and tests started to get tedious. Then BF2 came out and I migrated to it.

I downloaded AA3, and so far its a bit buggy. Still playable, but the training is JACKED. I qualified expert on the carbine and auto-rifle, and they don't show up. I went into the IRC support channel, and was told to not even bother with the training. They have set it so that everyone automatically qualifies for online play.

So far its been pretty fun, I LOVE the CQB aspect which is something I have missed in BF2.

The game is definitely still buggy but damn it's addicting.

Earlier I was the SDM and suddenly my guy stopped having the running effect where her was just smooth running/gliding. This somehow uncalibrated my scope so when I went to shoot a guy ~100m I fired off a few founds only to find I killed two of my team mates in front of me ruining my long no-ROE run.

My biggest beef is I'll be getting 40-60fps, my ping will be 25 and I'll feel like I'm playing at 15FPS. I have to exit and come back in for it to run smoothly again.
