Ghostbusters...... FAIL

I bought Ghostbusters for PC this past Friday after playing it on my bor in-laws PS3. Can not get the game to make it past the first movie without freezing on both XP and Vista. Their is also no multi player in the pc version.

Atari knows about the pc problems which are numbered in the hundreds and says "we have nothing to do with the game" A patch is not expected to be released for another 2 months following the international release. So if your thinking about buying it in the near future hold off and keep checking the atari forums until there is a patch released. I wasted $40 because I did not do my research.

Otherwise how is the game? I remember back in the day they were having problems getting the rights to make the game.

Sucks about the waste of money though. :(

The game was pretty awesome on PS3. We played for 45min before I had to leave. He rented it so I did not get the chance to play it any more. I was a huge Ghostbusters geek back in the day. I had the jump suit with my name sewn on a patch, the backpack with gun and I had the trap that caught the ghost. So I hope that I can get this game working.

I still can not get this game to work. New to me Video card arrives tomorrow so maybe I will try again then.
