Its amazing how cheap devices can get when you make them as basic as possible and you don't put as much time into them as some of their more costly counterparts. The reviews for the player say "if you want a basic mp3/movie player, then this device works great, but for everything else it pretty much sucks.". Well, that's not a direct quote or anything, but its basically what people say about this brand and product.

Now, just give me that in Kindle form. I don't care about all the extra BS. I just want it to do the basics. Also, give it open source software so it can be improved upon. You could probably have one for $100 or less I bet.
