So far, the only company I have come across that may be able to fill my needs is Ridout (http://www.eplastics.com), but they only sell full sheets, and at the moment I have no need for that much plex.

I'm in need of a 12" x 7" sheet with a cutout for a optical drive. I'm working on the sketchups at the moment. This is for a customer, so cuts need to be precise.

Thanks in advance.

Maybe. I found a pretty cool site on my laptop but forgot to bookmark it damnit! Now I gotta search again.

Edit: Pololu.com. I suggest we all bookmark it, looks like a damn cool site!

Ponoko is very reputable and I know lots of people who use them. They cut with lasers and the cut is so precise that you can but designs up and use 1 line for both cuts. I wold go with them. They cut a lot of acrylic parts for the reprap guys who build the laser cut machines.
