I recently started going to casinos and let me tell you... All the bad luck I've had in my life has been being paid back at the slots.

I haven't won huge yet but every time I go I usually come back with 2 or 3x what I went in with.

Tonight I walked in, straight to a Wheel of Fortune machine. There were 6, 3 back-to-back. They were the dollar ones but I decided I wanted to play on the other side. What I didn't notice was that that side was a 5 dollar machine! For every spin it was 10 dollars! I thought for sure there went my 60 bucks!! on the 5th spin I hit the wheel and landed on 200. Cashed out.

I went and sat down. Had a free Sobe and before leaving decided to hit a .02 machine. I put in two fives, first spin hit a 8x 200 credit which gave me 35 dollars or something like that... cashed out with 43 dollars.

I was on an awesome roll but decided to leave with 300 bucks in my pocket. Almost forgot, the lady at the service desk gave me two extra raffle tickets because she got confused about the date and almost wouldn't give me tickets. Maybe those two will land me the keys to one of the few 2010 Corvettes or cash prizes?

The night before last my girlfriend and I went in and lost 60 bucks immediately. We were about to leave when I got the urge to play a .25 wheel of fortune. (Maybe it was a .50? I forget) I put in a 100 because it was "free money" I wouldn't have otherwise had. We were down to 10 bucks and started hitting spin after spin. Cashed out at 205. I didn't wanna leave a hot machine but our rule is to leave after doubling whatever we put in. (although technically only came out 40 dollars ahead... but a ton of fun and still made some money). I swear those things are rigged though... It was already on 35 (right next to 2000) Our first spin guess what we landed on? 35... 2nd spin, 50, 3rd, 75, 4th 100.

Honestly, what are the odds of going up in increments like that?

Once you figure out a Casino, you can make a decent amount of money on average. My father used to go all the time, double his money, then leave. You just have to figure out what you're good at really. Never go to make money though, always go for fun. That way you never lose. ^_^

Just don't get caught up in it all. You may think that you've got it all covered and figured out, but you could end up losing BIG. Get a few rules and stick to them, or you'll send yourself in a BIG downward spiral.
