7in lcd

i want a small lcd to have my temps and stuff on for when im gaming but why are they so expensive. any on know where i can find a cheap on... or can i use one of those photo lcd things as a monitor<----possible mod? any help

Look for PSone screens on ebay.

Think of it this way. The more something gets mass-produced, the cheaper it becomes. Smaller screens aren't as mass-produced as larger screens and so they aren't as cheap as you think they would be. Thats basically it in a nutshell.

I would go with Mimo though. They seem to be a pretty nice brand, decent quality and all, but where they really shine is in that you only need a USB port to use one. No separate power adapter/cord or anything else, just the one USB cable.

You can also get a touchscreen version for about $200. It also comes with a built-in webcam and microphone.

a lot of the carputer people use lilliput as their small sized monitor brand. scan ebay for them, usually run around 150 bucks or so. :)
