Custom modded PC or Premods(factory massproduced)?
eBay has some custom mods on it.
Premods you can get from anywhere that sells PC cases online: newegg.com, zipzoomfly.com, jab-tech.com, clubit.com, outpost.com, case-mod.com, and 100's more.

Are you looking for a case that already is painted and has a window or something in it maybe? Then you want a pre-mod. THose are available in really any online computer store, like www.newegg.com.

But if you want someone to mod a case for you, maybe do custom painting or something of that sort, then I recomend MNPCTech.com, they are great guys. I have worked with them a lot before and everytime my experience has been truly awesome.
