Oh is that all? Psh, well I'll take two then.

I want 50 of these in RAID. Why? Because I want to create a reverse black hole where my computer used to be. lol

Hmm, true, I didn't read, just looked at the pic lol. $2500 and I am guessing that's USD. Hmm my Samsung Spinpoint F1 1TB cost me $145AUD delivered, I could afford just over 17 F1 1TBs for the cost of that SSD lol.

Looks like 1TB flash drives are just around the corner

I was wondering when they were going to start with the 3.5" SSDs. It kinda stumped me why we didn't see the 3.5's before the 2.5s. Kinda backwards dontcha think? haha

I seriously wouldn't doubt if we saw them in the next 5 years or so but with the lifespan of thumb drives I'd be scared to invest in one. I honestly wouldn't spend more than 50 bucks for a thumb drive.

It probably stems from the initial market for SSDs (slow ones in particular) was laptops, and they figured it was cheaper to make them all in 2.5" format.

I gotta say though, personally I'd rather have the PCIe one. 21.333 times the bandwidth :P
