Reached Eagle Scout on Wednesday. I can't believe I pulled together the project, letters of recommendation, paperwork, and preparation within a week. :freakedout:
Anyway, here's some pictures of my Eagle Scout project. Worked on two picnic tables and a bench for an elementary school. Built the bench on my own design, and got the picnic tables on a basic plan I found on the Internet.
Sorry for the terrible quality. Cell phone camera, ftl.

The little area I set up in the garage.

Sanded all the sharp edges knowing little kids. :) Treated all the wood with water seal, then smoothed it down and cleaned it up with a little olive oil to keep the wood from splintering up.
It was all fun, and the principal was a nice guy. I liked the way things turned out.
