For the past 3 almost 4 days I have been having bad pain in my chest. I have been really tired and almost no energy. I have been blowing it off as heartburn but even after taking several tums and nexium I still hurt. If this does not go away by morning I am going to go to the HP.

My father had heart issues and felt the same as you are describing. He went in to the hospital and they did a scan and found that he had an artery 98% blocked. They said if he had waited a few more days, he would have had a heart attack and died. I would go RIGHT NOW!!!! Don't wait until morning. Your heart is not something to mess with.
FYI, he had to have a stint put in and is doing fine now.

I'm 25, and lived a fairly active lifestyle up until the last 2 years. Even up until the last 7 months I was working out 4 days a week walking, jogging about 15 miles a week.

Even at 25, you can still have a blocked artery.

Get your ass (and your heart) in for a checkup!

My father also has had a history of heart related issues. He eventually had double bypass heart surgery. I believe it runs in our family so even if I live an active lifestyle I'm still supposed to be careful of it and get a checkup type deal when I'm like 30 or something.
I'd say go as soon as possible if not right now. Chest pains aren't usually something to put off, it can be pretty dangerous. Most people who end up in serious trouble start off saying things like "oh its not that bad" etc etc. I'd say that's one of the top killers as far as anything goes, people always put it off or are convinced that its no big deal for whatever reason. Maybe it doesn't hurt that much, but so? Are you going to wait until it does? It might be too late by then. That's what I always tell people who say stuff like that. Be smart, you don't want to wait until it does hurt enough to get you worried.

I am going to go first thing in the morning. It has eased up by 80% since I first posted this.

I get random chest pains as well but they only last for 10 minutes or so at a time and now that you mention it, it's probably been 3 or 4 weeks since it last happened.
3 or 4 days sounds like a bad thing. Pain is usually the body's way of saying "something aint right."

I just got back from the HP. They did an EKG and everything checked out alright. They said my BP was a little high but that could be related to my nervousness that I might be having heart trouble. The constant lack of energy is still a mystery though. They do want me to follow up with a cardiologist within a week and to also consult with my regular Dr.
The second Dr. that came in to look at me (first one was an intern or what ever the students are called) thinks I may have pulled a muscle in my chest. I just do not recall lifting anything heavy in the last week. He did say I could have pulled it while rolling out of bed or stepping into my truck. Either way I have to call a Cardio tomorrow and am strongly advised to no do anything strenuous until there is a second opinion. So who wants to come cut my grass for me today? I also need the drive way pressure washed, the gutters cleaned, and my carpet shampooed. I have a 12 pack and a half in the fridge that I can not drink that I can offer as payment..... :D

Just a couple of weeks ago there was a 28 year old healthy active college student who died while on his daily jog, cause arterial blockage. Unfortunately a healthy lifestyle and age don't equal good health. Definitely follow up with the cardio and if they haven't done it yet get a cholesterol check.

Well that sounds like fairly good news so far. Hopefully it just turns out to be nothing! That'd be great news.
I have a better idea. Lets just drink the booze and leave the work for another day. :p

Hopefully all is well.
As for being drained, how's your diet? Healthy? How many calories have you been taking in a day on average? How active are you? Do you take multivitamins? Iron deficiencies can definitely take a toll on your energy. How much sleep do you get? Too little will catch up with you and too much will have an adverse effect making you feel tired throughout the day.

I have been getting about 6-7 hours a night worth of sleep. I eat a high protein diet, I do take a multivitamin I get from GNC. Now as to how healthy my high protein diet is I do not know. I eat lots of meat and eggs. True I have been eating out a bit the last few weeks but even then its mostly meaty subs and other meat based meals from places like outback, chillies, long horn etc.
I plan on calling my grandmothers cardiologist at 8 and setting up an appointment. She thinks he is going to draw blood and find my cholesterol through the roof, and I have a feeling she right. I ate a dozen eggs last week by my self. If the blood work comes back bad I am going to make an appointment with a nutritionist and get back into the gym. Its about time I got my health back in check. It wasn't but 5-6 years ago that I still had abs, and was solid. Now I am just fat.

You're getting to that age where it wont be as easy to bounce back into shape like in your late teens/early 20's so now is definitely the right time to get back into shape regardless of your cholesterol levels.
High protein diets can change your bathroom cycle. Not "evacuating" as often as usual can also make you feel sluggish as so can gas which is a given in a high protein diet.
The first thing a nutritionist will tell you is to get off the high protein diet and aim for more rounded meals.
EDIT: Almost forgot, what MV are you taking? How often do you take them?

It may be the way you are sleeping. If you lay on the inside of your arm that could
cause a problem in the long run. You should defiantly visit the doctor, and buy a better pillow.

My cardio visit is this coming Monday. So we will see where things go from there. I do sleep with my arm under my pillow though.
