ok so i can doenload songs fine, and acess them on itunes, but there is no way to delete them. normally u can just right click and select clear, but on my limewire songs that option isnt available. does any one know how to fix this or why it is happening? any help would be great. thanks in advance.

You know, it's generally bad form to ask on a public forum about help using a P2P program used to "illegally" download copyrighted content, such as music.

However, to delete files from programs such as Limewire, you usually need to find the default downloading folder, usually something like c:\limewire\downloads, or something to that effect, and manually select and delete the files from there.

You know. In theory.

for me its docs and settings/admin/shared. Rankenphile, its not illegal if you only download un-copywritten material.

Its true .. you can download mp3's legally if you already own the CD's of the music you are downloading.. Why you would need to that if you already own the CD's not sure .. but I have seen much stranger things..

maybe your downloading uncopwritten material, like an underground band trying to get their name out.

Absolutely.. uncopyrighted material is fair game.. I should have specified copyrighted music in my post.
