XBOX 360 Elite Edition. And Want A Good Headset
With A Mic All For Around $100.00 Less If Possible.

As far as I know the most popular headset type deal for the xbox is the Turtle Beach Earforce stuff. I don't have much info on it because i don't follow it but I know they have put out a bunch of different models. The older ones were wired but the new ones are wireless. I'm not sure who else makes headsets for the 360. They are kinda pricey.
