So I'm working on my RPG, and I actually have the bloody thing playable. Right now, I'm 90% done with the underpinnings, having only the actual maps and events to place for the most part. I think I'm gonna do a ring menu for the world map to match with the ring map for the battle system. Not all images are final, one thing I do plan on doing is making all my creatures over again, as I'm doing with the sprites.
And now, the pics!

Yes, I know they're different faces. ATM, they're placeholders. All that is getting done like the main character's sprite-made by me.
All my work has been in RPG Maker VX, with awesome support from the forums, and image editing is handled by Paint.Net. Expect a full list of credits when I finish, as I'm still using more scripts...

RPG maker VX, with a fair amount of pure Ruby for good effect.
Got a nasty problem with a triggered scene, last one before free roaming...

Expect more concept art soon, I'm having to work through a tough spot in the story, so I'm creating this stuff to take a break...

This is awesome! Maybe once you reach a beta you could have TBCS beta test it for you? :)

At this point, beta testing is closed, simply for a logistical standpoint. My play testers keep me mired in bugs.

Did you forget about this? I didn't!
I've been steadily at work on sprite sheets, after an abortive attempt with XNA and C#.
So, with some ado, and a bit of WTF, here we go...

Since you said beta was a closed system, how about a TBCS RC testing phase down the road?
Excellent work!

Actually, I need to package up the demo, tweak the levels and make sure it's beatable (the demo that is) and find a place to host it. I have a lot more work to do, but right now it's at least playable in demo form...
