I've seen that picture before, still insane that they couldn't just put it in one of those USPS flat rate boxes and ship it off. Hell, a paper bag would have worked just as well.

Well at least now you know why most places charge about 4x the cost of a normal 3 pin lead for one of those laptop cloverleaf ones :p

They shipped it on a skid and everything? Yikes! Any idea of cost?

I saw something a few weeks ago where HP shipped a network card the same way - the customer (a business) actually knew exactly what had been ordered so when the pallet arrived, he recorded the whole unpacking lol - probably on youtube somewhere
