Here is an Ebay link for a cheap 3.20Ghz Pentium 4. You can also get a 3.8Ghz for around $70, not sure if that's worth it though. Maybe?

I think I have an old rig laying around here somewhere. I wonder if $70 is worth going from 2.4Ghz to 3.8Ghz?
