Source for CAD models

Does anyone know of a good source for 3d models of components?

I would like to start modeling a case from scratch but don't want to disassemble, measure, and model my computer if someone has done so already.

Have you tried the Sketchup (http://sketchup.google.com/) program? There is an online community that creates models of _everything_!

They may have some converters as well if you are using a different program.

the google 3d warehouse is where to go for sketchup models.

I appreciate the pointers to the sketchup repository. Anyone know of a source for Pro/E or Solidworks models? The converters cost money...
