Web 2.0 is for tools.

Seriously good-tutorials.com and videos on youtube and vimeo are the best places to look for photo shop advice. I am a photoshop master BTW.

Web 2.0 isn't only for tools, its a style, like in fighting there is Kendo and Tae Kwon Do.
