So I have been wondering about this for awhile, and oneslowz28's thread about speedfan brought it to mind to actually ask, but I didn't want to hijack another one of his threads..... :whistler:
Anyway here's the deal. When I fire up my pc and go into the bios into the pc health status. It says my cpu temp is around 50-55C. 55C and nothing is even happeneing yet?? I have my two temp probes, and they both say on average about 27C.
Also, my north and southbridge are pretty high. I'll double check when I get home cause I can't remember specific numbers right now (at work) but I was surprised.
Oh and when windows loads, my realtemp reports a happy 26ish cpu temp.
So the question is, why this big difference? :?
