Anyone that's worked with them knows how it is. Thier supervisor told me today after Sprint and I worked out a rough ETA that business and residential have different rules, and that they are not required to track or note calls placed to the call center. I asked for his supervisor, and the jerk hung up on me after refusing to send me up and just saying no in general. If I PM my tracking#, anyone bored enough to help me hold thier queue up and just generally give them a bad day?

If you call back and get a different person, ask for the supervisor and tell them what happened (the guy hanging up on you). They do NOT like that attitude...
PM me the number and I will have our UPS rep check in on it. We do so much shipping via UPS ( and all other carriers) that we usually get fast attentive service with NO lip.

Not that it will make any difference. My rep will tell me all is good, no worries. But maybe just maybe, he will pry a little and make it happen....
