or maybe longer. I picked it up monday night, belongs to a friend who never rides it. told me to put some miles on her. how can I say no? lol

its a 2007 ZX-10R SE with Two Brothers carbon bolt-ons. not as fun to ride or as comfortable and my TLR was, but hell it gets me on 2 wheels so I'm good

click on the pic for a BIGGER one

Very nice! I'm jealous... However, I have started riding Girlfriend on the 250 which is awesome. It is also awesome to feel the weight difference of riding without her, which has made me a lot more confident in turns.

I'm making a trip to the Dragon's Tail on Monday and Tuesday, you should meet us there with that, lol.

nope, no DB killers

sounds tasty

nothing beats a literbike when it comes to a deep growl (except my TLR with the TiForce exhaust - yummy) the 600's are too whiny

Awesome.

On the same kind of note (friend asked me to drive it around for a few days), i got to drive one of these:

Not that one specifically, but same color/options/etc.

but that's okay, because i'm buying a six cylinder one of these soon:

You put Hardigree's car back now!

/jalop

Who knows what "my ride for the next few days" will be. I'm supposed to be in Massachusetts right now, actually, but the Brick (see above, in sedan form) wouldn't start. Aaargh.

Almost a shame your impending 914 already has the Tiny Six. I'd call it a good candidate for a VW 1.9 TDI swap, but then you'd be stoned by Porsche Owner's Club members. And you know exactly what I mean by "members". I mean "members". Nah, they don't care about the '14.

What? the six cylinder is the fast one! 110hp from the factory (up from ~95 for the 2.0/4), and with some carbs, it'll hit 125hp easy.

Keep in mind these things weigh maybe 2200lbs?

also, there's no way i'd put a diesel engine in a 914. Or, for that matter, swap out the /6. If I had a /4 chassis, I'd put an EJ205 in it (suby flat-4, 230hp, bolts right up apparantly0.

the /6 is a rare car though so i'm going to just keep it pretty close to stock
