Saw that last night. This is my reenactment:

I'll let you finish
Now no disrespect
your video was good
but Beyonce's video . . .
her video is going to win best of all time
best ever
I mean, you was wearin nerdy glasses
not cool Kanye glasses with the lines
. . . man
. . . you was just in something ugly that covered your whole body
she was almost naked!
how did you win over that?
alrihgt
thats all I wanted to say
you can finish now
have your moment
. . .
. . .
. . .
what you waiting for?
nobody's gonna steal your thunder

What a douche. Hopefully this will be the end of him. What a complete loser and a joke. Here's hoping that everyone will just pretend he doesn't exist for now on.

Well I think it was a set-up - every year there's some unexpected shock - but only one. I wasn't paying real close attention but didn't she have a different dress on later when she was called back onto the stage? And it just happened to be exactly the same shade as the one Beyonce was wearing - and she came from backstage, not the audience when called back out - the bad boy gets some bad rep - which is almost a bonus in some circles - Beyonce gets to be the friendly hero - Blondie gets her moment both her and MTV get a chunk of extra totally free publicity..... sounds like winners all around to me...

And I don't give a damn about any of them! +1 for me!

I doubt he'd be willing to take that kind of bad publicity. That's close to career ending publicity. I highly doubt it was set up.

Idn - they say any publicity is good publicity - and it's a "bad boy" doing a "bad thing" which reinforces his, idn lol "badness"...

I've already seen some comments on the web about how it was cool that he was that willing to stand up for what he thought - I'm still leaning towards the setup side - and I'm not one of those conspiracy nuts :p

There's diehard fans like that for pretty much everybody, sadly.

Honestly, if I was his record label I'd drop his ass just for being such a punk to a young star. It wasn't brave of him to speak his mind and anyone that feels that way needs their ass beat. Let the prick speak his mind but not during the girls first major acceptance speech.

At least Taylor Swift can only benefit from this whole thing.

I caught the interview on Jay Lenos new show and he seemed sorry but people can act. I'm not sure though because when Leno asked him what his mother would of thought about it he paused and the look on his face was very hurt and you could kinda see that she would not of approved of the behavior at all and he would have got an earful of disapproval from her.

I concur, Mr. President!

You know you're a real jackass when the president of the united states calls you one. lol

"Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and be like kayne west. aka - a gay fish."

I demand we change that old saying to this new one. :p

The thing about the setup part is that I'm not sure Beyonce would have ever agreed with it in the first place, let alone Taylor.

As far as the dress part, Taylor did a performance after she got the award, which means she changed outfits at least once per apparent MTV rules (see Lady Gaga). That would also explain why she was backstage. Another explanation would be that Beyonce had already told Taylor that what she would be doing for her after Kanye went stupid and told the backstage handlers to prepare.

I think kanye is an asshole but he is a decent enough rapper/producer. look at the notoriety he got for that comment about george bush hating black people. again, he spoke his mind, trying to get more attention for himself. its like he has tourette's or something.

HOLY Crap! Look what has happened to the best case scenario (http://kanyelicio.us/http://www.thebestcasescenario.com)! Kanye, will you ever learn?
