Watching mp4 on my 360

Hello all not really a gaming question i dont guess but thought this was the best place since the new update i cant watch mpeg4 or the apple format i think that the name .
Has anyone figured this out yet i have heard of some people changing the it from .
mpeg4 to avi but i dont know if that works or ezactly how to do that anybody got any hints

I have heard some folks are using Tversity (http://tversity.com/) to stream content to their 360's over the network.

i use a program called transcode 360 to convert to .avi works pretty well actually :)

thanks guys that really helps because just about all my videos are in mpeg4

i use tversity at home, i rarely run into any compatibility issues with streaming everything to my 360
