Ok, so it's a 4650 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121340&CMP=AFC-C8Junction) so it wont utilize the gig but still...

38 bucks for a low-profile GPU with free shipping and it has VGA, DVI and HDMI output and doesn't need a secondary power source? Sounds like a sweet upgrade for a media box/mild gaming.

I'm in the market for a cheap PCIe ATI card to add to my system to power more monitors - don't need huge 3D abilities - might be worth looking into UK pricing on something like this - although I'd prefer passive cooling if available...

I would imagine you could make it passive but I'm not sure if there's an aftermarket kit available. I actually didn't even know they had a 46xx series. I thought it jumped from 45xx to 48xx.

EDIT: I read some reviews on the 4650 512 and people claim it can run COD4 on max settings but it gets extremely hot. "up to 95C during Crysis, even with the fan at 90%." Based on that review I'd stay away if you're set on passive cooling haha.

EDIT: Looks like almost all 3650's support crossfire besides the low-profile cards. Bummer.

I have a 4870 I'd leave running the 22" screen - the second card is to run a pair of 19"'s one each side of the 22 - no 3d work to do, just 2d over 1280x1024 x 2 screens so pretty much any card that will do dual display will work
