Here's the case that In Win mailed me. It's called the Matrix (http://www.inwin-style.com/website/pd/pd_detail.php?iw_lanid=0&iw_name_id=9) and is a lot smaller than most other cases I've worked with.

I start once I get my paint!

This will be a little earlier with Enlightened Buddha, not so much fat happy Buddha whose belly you rub for good luck

So here's the case
http://www.pcmodhouse.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/p1050105.jpg
http://www.pcmodhouse.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/p1050106.jpg
And that's how big it is
http://www.pcmodhouse.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/p1050107.jpg
The side has a vent that comes off for easy cleaning. This one is staying off
http://www.pcmodhouse.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/p1050108.jpg
This is how the front opens
http://www.pcmodhouse.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/p1050109.jpg
The bottom has a bay for a card reader or something
http://www.pcmodhouse.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/p1050110.jpg
The back let's you guide all your cables through one slot at the bottom
http://www.pcmodhouse.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/p1050111.jpg
It can also be opened or removed
http://www.pcmodhouse.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/p1050112.jpg
At the bottom back are tabs
http://www.pcmodhouse.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/p1050113.jpg
You lift up the two tabs and pull out
http://www.pcmodhouse.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/p1050114.jpg
http://www.pcmodhouse.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/p1050116.jpg
http://www.pcmodhouse.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/p1050117.jpg
Then you remove the faceplate like any other case
http://www.pcmodhouse.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/p1050120.jpg
And only then can the side be taken off
http://www.pcmodhouse.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/p1050118.jpg
http://www.pcmodhouse.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/p1050119.jpg
Here the case is standing on its back as I remove the 5.25 bay
http://www.pcmodhouse.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/p1050121.jpg
Then there's this plastic shroud. It's probably for the Processor air duct?
http://www.pcmodhouse.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/p1050122.jpg
And there's the inside

"Fat happy Buddha" would have to be an A500.

(I've had a couple myself. They're great aside from ventilation.)

I'm sorry I haven't updated in a while, but I'm still working on it. I had my surgery and just haven't felt like putting pictures uup and stuff. Eventually I'll have a BIG update. I have finished painting and adding a window. I still have stenciling and adding bamboo to the side, among other things.

I ordered some stenciling of chinese characters representing peace and hope. The window has been cut and the paint is on. I will not be using a clear coat because I want to avoid the shiny look left by it. I have bought a bunch of bamboo that I'm cutting for the case too.
EDIT: I also ordered a custom Window applique just for this mod from CrazyPC

Yep, I've been gone a bit from it and now I'm finally refreshed enough to get back to work. Buddha's Palm will be first and I've already started on another called Per-Plexied.

I'll paint the left side once I cut out the mesh for the window
http://www.pcmodhouse.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/p1050233.jpg
I cut out most of the mesh, but I still need to get it cleaned up
http://www.pcmodhouse.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/p1050237.jpg
I made the right side sky blue
http://www.pcmodhouse.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/p1050232.jpg
I bought some bamboo!
http://www.pcmodhouse.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/p1050234.jpg
And cut them to around 6 inches. Each cut didn't have to be exact. I think varying heights will look more natural
http://www.pcmodhouse.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/p1050235.jpg
It took a couple of hours to get enough made to cover approximately 18 inches. My hand is killing me!
http://www.pcmodhouse.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/p1050236.jpg
Nice. That'll make for an interesting affect, methinks.
Woow Bambooda? LOL
Great case, congrats on the little review :D and on the project!

+1 on the bamboo making an excellent effect, it'll be interesting to see what you do with it.

I took the bamboo and added it to the side of the case

I photocopied my own hand
http://www.pcmodhouse.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/palm.jpg
I then sent the image to www.CrazyPC.com who cleaned the image up
http://www.pcmodhouse.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/newpalm.jpg
And made me some UV Window etches
http://www.pcmodhouse.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/p1050275.jpg
I cut out a small piece of Plexi
http://www.pcmodhouse.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/p1050276.jpg
http://www.pcmodhouse.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/p1050278.jpg
And I cleaned up the window
http://www.pcmodhouse.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/p1050279.jpg
Then I carefully applied the image to the glass
http://www.pcmodhouse.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/p1050280.jpg
The blue is the UV color on the inside of the glass
http://www.pcmodhouse.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/p1050282.jpg
Here is from the outside
http://www.pcmodhouse.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/p1050294.jpg
And backlit with UV

http://www.pcmodhouse.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/p1050315.jpg
Then applied the glue and bamboo with the Chinese characters for HOPE
http://www.pcmodhouse.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/p1050316.jpg
Then I put the chinese charaters for PEACE on the left side
