i dont know if this would work, but for spray of blood maybe u can fill a baggy with paint of desired blood color and see if u can get it to squirt onto the case?

The only way I can think of is airbrushing it. It's difficult, near impossible to get that level of detail with spray cans - by the time you spend the money on an airbrush, the paint, and get enough practice done to make it look good enough, it might well be cheaper to get it done professionally.
Not what you want to hear, I'm sure, but sometimes the truth kinda sucks :(

Thinned paint thrown at the case with a brush, then clearcoated over. That's how I paint blood on customer cases.

i like that idea, but the the guy who said about buying an airbrush my dad has one, i was just thinking about getting a stencile printed out so i can transfer it to somthing more sturdy than standard printer paper get it copied and enlarged if need be and tape up the rest of the case then paint it and clear coat it like you said
