It's now playing. I'll let you know what I think about it after I finish watching it, but I'm 5 minutes in right now and I can already tell...
..I watched it last night...it was about what I was expecting from the previews. A blatant copy of Family Guy (which is itself essentially a copy of the Simpsons, but hey, whatever) but with black people instead.....oh, and also a talking bear.
Seriously people, is that all you could come up with?
Quagmire -> short guy that lives with his mother
Joe -> a redneck that shoots stuff
Peter -> a talking bear
oh, and Cleveland Junior magically turned into a really fat kid...instead of a tiny ADD stick...can we have three cheers for continuity..

Alright, let's just put it this way for anyone who hasn't seen it yet...
Have you seen the previews? Yes? Then you aren't missing anything. Just skip it, there's nothing to see here.

I wasn't going to watch it since I find Family guy to not be very funny and mostly offensive (without any humor), but the SO had it on so I watched.
HUGE failure...
Yup, pretty much. Though I will admit that I subscribed to the episodes on Hulu...what if there's actually a good episode down the road? I have to watch it to make sure...right?...right? ...ok..maybe I do have a problem... >_>

I'll watch it if I am absolutely bored out of my mind and I can't find anything else to do.

On an unrelated note; The new season of American Dad has also started. And wouldn't you know it, it was damn funny. Worth checking out peeps, hulu.com has it all.

hulu.com has it all if you're in the US of A.

Yea, they really need to figure out how to open it up to other countries.
It's called proxies :P
Actually, I remember seeing somewhere about an easy way to get around Hulu's country check without a proxy...let me see if I can find that.
EDIT:
Ok, looks like what I saw was writeups like this (http://www.brenelz.com/blog/2009/08/28/watch-hulu-from-outside-the-us/) talking about hotspotshield. I've never used them, so idk what they're like or how well it works, and it sounds like it's nagware, but if you're outside the US and don't have another method of getting Hulu/etc, it might be worth looking into.
Looking around, it appears that a lot of hosting companies are offering unlimited traffic for really cheap....I wonder what the legality of running a proxy for use with Hulu/etc would be....hmmmmm....

Funny thing is, I used to like family guy until all the episodes became the same jokes over and over. Then they tried to use offensiveness to grab ratings and it stopped being funny. I even like offensive jokes, IF they are funny.

yeah, the first 3 seasons are the best of family guy. I still like the show, but they have gone downhill thats for sure.
