cheap laptops

ok i think i want to buy a cheap laptop it doesnt have to be new or really good here i my guide lines

NO windows 9x or me olny 2000 or xp preferbily xp
it has to have an ok processer nothing special buy just so it runs of speeds
I would like a cd drive at least
ide like dedicated video card really really want one

Ok inportant things it has to have a good battery life
It has to have some kind of word processor
and pretty much be in good condition

I'd try searching on ebay. Try looking for an HP nx series, they were affordable laptops with good processors and graphics by ATI.

If you have the know how, people are always selling broken laptops on Ebay and you might be able to fix them. I saw a broken laptop sell for £35 just the other day.
