I saw this (http://www.thinkgeek.com/electronics/portable-audio-video/af3a/) at thinkgeek and had the idea of putting four of these in a HTPC case with a computer. This would make a really great sounding homemade "theater in a box" of sorts. If anyone has the cash, please steal this from me.
That said, you will probably see me do a build based on this idea within the next 7 years.

Interesting, but a few things to note.
1. 24v power supply is needed
2. Heat dissipation cant be very good.. maybe adding some extra cooling would be a good idea. :)
3. If you use a powered speaker solution (ie z5500) you dont need this anyways.
Cool find though! www.41hz.com has similar kits to this.

I noticed the 24 V as well.. but in the description it does say that the PS is included. Since the whole unit appears to be the heat sink, on its own it probably does ok, but packed in a case it may need some assistance. I have thought about doing the same thing with some of those 41hz kits.
