Maybe you guys can help me out. I am adding a second card reader to my photo editing rig and with all my internal USB headers full I need to add an add on card.

I need at least 2 internal header pin connections. Most of the cards I have seen on newegg have an actual USB connector on the card and that does me no good.

Any one know of a card with 2+ internal usb headers?

Never seen one personally - most of the card with an internal port actually have a header as well but it's an either/or thing. You could consider tearing down an el-cheapo USB and soldering your own headers or mount the usb hub inside the PC and solder USB plugs onto the card readers if they don't have adapters. Other option, of course, is add 2 internal cards but that's eating up PCI slots for little benefit.

Just bear in mind with the USB hub options, some non-powered hubs will struggle to provide enough power to run multiple USB-powered items

Well TBH all I need is one with 2 internal header pins. All I need on the card reader are the CF and SD slots. I found a few with single internal header connections but none with 2. Might be time to look into a new mobo with more internal usb headers.

I vote for an unpowered usb hub. Install inside the case, voila.

Only thing I could find was this (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16815201008), but it's out of stock. Nice price though. I'm assuming there's no workable way of consolidating devices?

Alternately, it would be pretty simple to modify a hub to have headers instead of plugs if you're fairly comfortable with a soldering iron.

2 internal usb headers
1 internal usb port
2 external usb ports
1 internal firewire port
2 external firewire ports

seems to fit the criteria and its only 19$
