No, I didn't totally lose the plot lol - it's my wife's birthday today, and she decided that she wanted, as her gift, a home-cooked good steak n baked potato dinner. As I have a habit of going a little over the top I went out and bought a whole tenderloin.
The steak I fed the dog was the rounded end of the tenderloin - this is what we're eating tonight...
