a long long time ago i set off do a case that was made entirely out of copper. Time as come and gone and i never finished it because it was going to be difficult and i was drowned in work. since then i was trying to build an external radiator/slash pump housing. i recycled most of the parts from my old endeavor and this is what i have so far.

this kind of shows you how i wanted things layed out

the main component that will cool the water will be 200 feet for copper tubing usually used for refrigerator ice maker hook ups.

i already got the enclosure made. i'll post pics later.
here is what it looks like.

the front and back will hold 3 250mm fans
the whole thing is made out of 4mm thick t6 aluminum

the entire thing measures 40 inches high, 24 inches deep, 16 inches wide

yes i know it gigantic and yes it's awesome.

i have one dilema, should i make this box just a riadiator or should i just house my entire pc in this monster.
if i do put my pc inside i will have to do more work to prepare the inside of the case for my mobo and stuff. i would have to reduce the size of that large cooling tower.

but i'm thinking just having those coils might be enough.

what do you guys think. separate, together, no tower, smaller tower?

You don't have very much surface area IMO. I think it won't work very well
Just my $0.02
But it looks really cool!@

i have my doubts too and i won't know till i test it. i have 4 50 foot coils at 1/4inch

Only the water touching the very surface of the tube will cool.
But if you look at a car radiator, you see flat tubes to eliminate this, and they have the aluminum folds in between to increase surface area.

GOOD LUCK TO YOU

Well, I am unsure of the efficacy but I will say it looks impressive
